Bulletin Announcements and Inserts

Deadline: Monday noon prior to the Sunday

Deadline: Wednesday at noon of the week you want the information distributed
Quantity: 35 copies of the information you want distributed
(Committee member is responsible to provide the copies you want included)

Distribution: This is a bimonthly publication: Dec/Jan, Feb/Mar, Apr/May, June/July, Aug/Sept, Oct/Nov.

Magazine will be mailed the last week of the month prior to its publication month.
Magazine will be available online the first day of the month it is published at
www.fumcr.com/firstconnections .  Email distribution is available for up to two email addresses per household.

West and East sides of the FUMCR campus
- Facing Central Expressway

- Size Requirement: 4' x 8'

Porte-cochere on the South side of the FUMCR campus

- Size Requirement: 12' high x 28" wide

Inside Facility - Posters

- Size Requirement: 11" x 17"
Committee members are responsible for putting up and taking down the posters the day after the event

Golf Cart Banners

- Size Requirement: 96" wide x 18" high
* 2" pockets need to be sewn into both sides. Grommets are needed on the top 32" in from each side.

Advertising in the Community

Assistance with the coordination of advertising in the community can be achieved by contacting Gloria Scott.

Photographs from Events/Activities

FOCUS Photography Ministryis a group of volunteers that serve at various church events as the eyes of the church. We encourage you to schedule one of our photographers in advance of your event.  We may use photos in the First Connections magazine, online, during worship or in other ways.
