Join us on a wonderful JOURNEY...

JOURNEY is an interactive, discussion-based Sunday school class. Lesson topics focus on Christian-based approaches to spiritual growth, parenting and marriage. Our casual yet lively class supports members as they grow in their faith while learning practical applications for Christian living.

Each week offers a new approach as we utilize video, guest speakers and selected texts to help us navigate the topics being studied. Recent discussion topics have included self-improvement, raising young children and teenagers, surviving tough times, and strengthening and nuturing your marriage.

Who we are

We are a group of mostly married couples in our late 20's to 40's. We are parents with children ranging in age from infant through high school. We enjoy laughing and learning and spending time together, both on Sunday mornings and beyond. Some of us have been studying the Bible and the history of Christianity for many years, while others are embarking on their first steps in a faith journey.

 Reaching Out

The members of JOURNEY are dedicated to serving in a variety of ministry areas in the church, our community and in the world. We gather together to collect toys for children during the holiday season, write cards to men and women serving overseas and support NETWORK ministries with our time and donations.

Recently, we were thrilled to host a community-wide Easter Egg Hunt at the church playgrounds!  

Having Fun!

We love having the opportunity to hang out with each outside of Sunday mornings, too! We recently gathered up the kids and headed out to the Dr. Pepper Ballpark in Frisco for a RoughRiders baseball game. Everyone had a blast! We would love for you to join us on our next adventure!
