Young Professionals Class

The Young Professionals class is roughly 24 to 36, singles and couples, with growing faith and Biblical literacy, a focus on personal and professional growth and development, a high degree of participation, and without children (although no one is turned away).
The group is starting a series to last at least through end of July on “God at Work, Relationships and Play” coordinated by their teacher, Mike Renquist. Dr. Renquist is a consultant/trainer to the corporate world who has a theological education in his background. He has been working on a series of topics about Christian faith at work and in relationships, each lesson complete in a single Sunday, sure to grab the interest and attention of the Young Professionals group. The series kicks off with a unique presentation by Dr. Renquist on Faith and Values on Mother’s Day, May 14th.
On May 21st, and 28th, Ann Willet of the FUMCR staff will come share about her transition from businesswoman to clergywoman, first, and then address the general topic of the Christian and Vocation.
