The Agape Class is an open and friendly group, committed to growing in faith through a variety of ways.

SUNDAY SCHOOL - Biblically based themes that help us strengthen our faith and understanding of our Christian heritage with respect to our positions in modern society -

  • Spiritual growth topics
  • Social issues
  • Traditional Bible study
  • Family relationships
  • Methodism
  • Other denominations & world religions

Usually self-led, allowing for discussion; occasionally led by a guest teacher.

SERVICE - To many of the church’s missions - 

  • Annual class-sponsored volleyball tournament benefiting Ark House
  • Tote bag toiletries for homeless adults
  • Meal service at Body and Soul
  • Special projects geared to include children

SOCIAL - Something for everyone -

  • Men’s, Women’s, and Couples’ Nights Out
  • Monthly Sunday lunches
  • Holiday parties
  • Summer picnic and swimming party
  • Labor Day weekend retreat

MEMBERS - Couples in their 30s and 40s, with infants through middle school age children. Sunday morning attendance is usually 15 - 20 people.
