Jennifer is the assistant to senior pastor, Clayton Oliphint, as well as administrative assistant for membership, Access, Debra Hobbs Mason and Rodney Whitfield.
Originally from Austin, Texas, Jennifer graduated from UT Austin. She has been an administrative assistant for over 25 years, and on staff here since 2006. Her favorite things about FUMCR are the warm, loving and caring staff and members. She says, "The people of FUMCR are so special and I feel blessed to be on staff at this great church." Jennifer sings in the Connections Band during her spare time. In addition to singing, she likes walking, attending musical events, her son's football games and being with her husband, Chip, sons Clay and Drew, and many dear friends.
Jennifer's favorite scripture is Romans 8:38-39:
"For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

Her favorite movie is A Star Is Born, but most recently loved The Kings Speech. She never tires of Mexican food. Her favorite sports and teams are whatever her sons are playing. Clay will attend Austin College and play football for the Kangaroos this fall, and Drew will be a junior at J J Pearce playing varsity football.
