All Caring Ministry support groups and seminar classes at First United Methodist Church are open to the community. Please call the church office at 972.235.8385 to verify meeting dates and times before visiting.

Cancer/Caregiver Support Network

If you or someone you know has been touched by cancer either through a recent diagnosis, recurrence or long term treatment, you can find support, comfort and someone to listen through the cancer/caregiver support network.

Perhaps you would like to communicate with someone traveling your same journey, share stories or talk with a survivor. Our network communicates through phone calls, emails or one-to-one visits. Please contact Brenda Duckett, 972-235-9416, for further information or if you are seeking comfort.

The monthly Cancer/Caregiver Support meetings held on the 4th Monday of each month have been discontinued. 

Navigating Divorce Seminar

Acceptance, God's love, hope and an opportunity to heal from the loss of a marriage relationship are offered in this 8-week session for those experiencing separation or divorce.

The next seminar will be held
Tuesdays, January 31 - March 20, 7:00-8:30 pm, in room 223.
Cost is $20.
