Discussion and encouraging support are followed by a group meditation. The group is open to new members.

There are many benefits to the practice of any kind of prayer and it is the basis of Matthew 6:6 which tells us to go into "our secret place" and commune with God. The more you practice meditative prayer, and it is a learned behavior, the easier it becomes. Most prayer time involves us telling or asking God about something. Meditative prayer is learning to listen and there are many ways to do so. Join others on this tried and true way of knowing God-knowing yourself.
