Sixth-Grade Confirmation Program
Confirmation is our sixth grade Sunday School program through out the school year. The program includes weekly 9:45-10:45 a.m. class, monthly Sunday night gatherings and a one night lock in scheduled at this time in mid September.
A Parent/Student information class will be offered in the late Summer. The class culminates in late April with a worship service in which the students will be ‘confirmed’ as members of First United Methodist Church Richardson. During the year students are also introduced to the Youth Program at FUMCR as they prepare to make the transition to Youth Activities in the Summer. Many parent volunteers are needed to make this year special. Contact Allyson George to hear about volunteer opportunities.
