New Member Classes

The Right Start

New members make a commitment to follow Christ's example of love for God and neighbor.  They also agree to support Christ's church with their prayers, presence, gifts, and service.  Because we take seriously our responsibility to help you fulfill your membership vows, we ask all new members to attend a one-hour class, The Right Start.   In this class, new members reflect upon their own spiritual journey and learn about the opportunities that our church offers for maturing in the faith.  It's also a great opportunity for fellowship with others who have recently joined our church.  Rev. Ann Willet and Bonnie Perry, an active church member, facilitate this class.  Dr. Clayton Oliphint is also present to greet new members and offer a word of introduction.  Pre-registration is not required.

The Right Start is offered the first Sunday of each month at 11:00 a.m. in room 210 of the Education Center.  We look forward to seeing you at one of the following class times!
