Network

Richardson Network of Community Ministries is an emergency assistance program supported by Richardson churches, businesses, and schools.

FUMCR collects food and other items monthly, such as peanut butter, canned meat, pasta and sauces, detergent, toiletries, and dried beans for the food pantry.  Volunteers work in the food pantry and interview clients.

Network also operates an Adolescent and Children's Clinic staffed by volunteer doctors and nurses. It is open on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. for RISD students during the school year.

Volunteer opportunities are available to work at Network during the week as well as helping with the clinic in the evenings. Volunteer doctors and nurses are always needed.
