Project Transformation

Our church provides financial support for two Project Transformation college interns working with at risk children in Dallas.  

Project Transformation provides a summer day camping experience for  the children using urban UM churches and community centers.  One component of this experience is the reading program, helping children strengthen and retain their reading skills through the summer months.  FUMCR provides adult and teen volunteers to read with and listen to children read two weeks during the summer at the PT site.
