As a participant of LeadershipFirst, I had the opportunity to meet a number of remarkable members of our church I may otherwise not have. There have been two interactions as a result for which I am particularly grateful. On both occasions the individuals took time out of their personal schedules to meet with me. Very willingly, they shared their personal experiences but also listened and took a sincere interest in how they could help. Two separate circumstances, two different people and, in my opinion, both are true servant-leaders. |
