Memory Verse Miles

Grow in body, mind, and spirit during July's sermon series on Philippians by focusing on scripture for the upcoming Sunday's sermon while you exercise.

  •  If you walk one mile each day, choose Option A - the same verse each day for a week.
  •  If you go two to three miles or exercise for 30 minutes to an hour, look at Option B - a few verses, broken down into repetitive chunks.
  •  If you devote an hour or more each day to exercise or want a bigger challenge, consider Option C - the entire passage, focusing on smaller parts each day.
