2016 Guatemala Mission Trip

Feb 13-21, 2016

Eight members of FUMC Richardson and five from FUMC Wichita, Kansas, will build concrete block stoves for the Mayan women who now cook over open fires, risking burns.

Children's activities and hygiene classes for the women will also be part of the week.

Speaking Spanish is not necessary but it would be an added bonus.  Accommodations are in a bed and breakfast in Santiago.

Cost is $1300 per person, and includes airfare, meals, accommodations and one day of sightseeing in Antigua. Not included are travel insurance, passport, meals while traveling or immunizations.

This trip is full.
