Session 5: Helping a Friend in Need

The pandemic has impacted so many people in so many ways. When our friends and family members are having a hard time, we want the best for them, but sometimes we don't know how to help. This session will offer practical tools to help in a variety of relationships - friendships, family, marital, and parental.
