FOCUS Event

The Richardson Interfaith Alliance (in which FUMCR is a participant) will be hosting a Thanksgiving Service at FUMCR.  This service will be in offered in word & song in the Baha'i, Buddhist, Christian, Jewish and Muslim faith traditions.

Please observe your best etiquette as this will be considered a worship service.  Try to stay out of the way as much as possible (i.e. don't run up to the action to take photos).  Using a zoom lens is ideal.  Try to stay behind participants... NEVER go on stage.  If you have to stand in front of the first pews, get in there, get the shot and immediately leave -- Please limit how many times you do this.

With so many faith's represented, my hope is that there will be LOT'S of new and unusual things to photograph... look for dress and worship symbols in particular!  This should be quite a bit of fun to cover!
