Mid-Oct - Mid-Dec, Dover and Mark Twain Elementary Schools
We Read Together is Richardson ISD’s volunteer initiative to champion early literacy skills for students. This partnership with Richardson ISD is vital to the academic and social development of pre-k through 2nd graders. Training and materials are provided.
Reading in schools will begin mid-October. Volunteers are encouraged to sign up to read with a student and are asked to plan to spend 30 minutes each week with the same student through mid-December.
Submit the interest form below to be contacted when volunteer orientations and program dates are scheduled for 2024-25. These dates will also be posted here when available.
