Children's Activity Coordinator for Single Parent Action Network

Single Parent Action Network (SPAN) meets once a month for dinner and a program. While the parents are in the program, the children are kept busy with crafts, playing in the Gym or on the playground. The Coordinator would plan and arrange for these activities and find Ministry Safe volunteers to help. Then next meeting is June 17th at 6:00 pm-8:00 pm. The current coordinator will not be in attendance and the need is immediate. Most meetings are the third Monday of each month with some adjustments to the second Monday for months when the holiday lands on the third Monday. The children range in age from elementary to high school and there are anywhere from 10-15 in attendance. SPAN serves the community as well as FUMCR members.
