The fall women's bible study on Tuesdays will be studying the book JESUS In Me: Experiencing the Holy Spirit as a Constant Companion by Anne Graham Lotz.

Understanding the Holy Spirit's presence in us is life-changing and world-changing. Discover how you can better love and rely on the Person of the Holy Spirit and embrace how much Jesus loves you. In the JESUS in Me video Bible study, Anne shares her story and rich biblical knowledge, exploring the personal and practical implications of seven aspects of the Holy Spirit in the life of a believer, including God's presence, purpose, and power.  The study guide includes daily individual Bible reading, weekly video notes, and weekly group discussion questions.

Are you ready for a spiritual reset? If you’re feeling a tug toward deeper faith, stronger purpose, and renewed passion in your walk with God, The Wesley Challenge is for you. Over the course of 3 sessions of 7 days, we’ll journey through 21 life-shaping questions that John Wesley originally asked of early Methodists—questions that still speak powerfully to our lives today. Guided by Chris Folmsbee’s book The Wesley Challenge, we’ll explore three key relationships that shape our spiritual lives:

​  •  Our relationship with Others
Participants will grow together in grace, truth, and transformation. Explore Wesleyan Christianity to deepen your understanding of Methodist identity, values, and beliefs. Using Warner's book as a guide, we'll discuss the distinctive traits of our Wesleyan heritage, including God's grace for all. Purchase the book from your favorite retailer and read Chapter 1 before our first class on February 13. While reading is encouraged, all are welcome to join and learn from the discussions!

The Enneagram is constructed with nine points around a circle, and these points are connected by lines which signify a movement toward stress and security. This advanced course will help you recognize your behavior in stress and security associated with your core Enneagram number. Concepts will help students choose the behavior linked to health and growth and understand how a person is likely to act when under increased stress and pressure.

We'll read and discuss Parables: The Mysteries of God's Kingdom Revealed Through the Stories Jesus Told by John F. MacArthur. We'll cover the Introduction and Chapter 1 at the first gathering. Those who choose not to purchase the book can read the parables directly from a Bible and participate in the open and lively discussions. An accompanying daily workbook is an optional purchase for deeper study. Please bring a Bible, journal for taking notes, pen, and possibly a highlighter each week. All are welcome, so invite a friend. In this seminal theological work, Richard Rohr redefines how we might look at "the Christ." Our understanding of Christ has developed from personal perspective, restricted by culture and experience. Rohr argues that Christ is the unfolding of God’s work in the world, where we discover that we are never separated from God.
