Trunk or Treat 2018
Sat, Oct 27, 5-7 pm, Northwest Parking Lot
What do Power Rangers, fire fighters, preachers, Hogwarts students, groovy girls, choir members, and football players all have in common? They will all be at FUMCR on October 27!
Every year our community and church family are looking for fun, safe places to gather for fall activities around Halloween. FUMCR is one of those amazing places where people come together for fun, food, and friends. All kinds of families, Sunday school classes, and ministry areas decorate their trunks and get into the spirit of fun by dressing in costume and welcoming everyone as they hang out and enjoy the Autumn evening together. Children are running around in costumes excited to go from trunk to trunk for activities, games, and candy. We also have non-candy options and are part of the “Teal Pumpkin Project” to allow for all children, even those with food allergies to participate. Bounce houses and music add to our entertainment and fellowship. The Journey Youth Choir prepares and sells yummy food to support their choir tour. Bring your blankets and/or lawn chairs to hang out in the middle of all of the action. Our parking lot will be the place to be with friends, neighbors, and your FUMCR family!
