Join us for a transformative one-day learning community designed to help you navigate the complexities of working relationships through the lens of the Enneagram. Internationally recognized Enneagram master teacher Suzanne Stabile joins Joey Schewee—consultant, author, and speaker—for When Working Together Doesn’t Work, a holistic and empowering experience exploring what happens when our best intentions collide with others’ different motivations and behaviors.

Through real-world stories, engaging teaching, and Enneagram insights, Joey and Suzanne will help participants:
​Foster behavioral consciousness by understanding motivational differences
Develop greater self-awareness and empathy in workplace relationships
Apply the Enneagram as a dynamic tool for communication and collaboration
Gain practical strategies through concepts like processing centers, reference points, and focus shifts
